- Once you’re at the theatre, please stay in the building, you will not be permitted to re-enter.
- Late-comers will be let in and seated at the discretion of House Management and in accordance with the seating guidelines of the individual production.
- Disruptive audience members will be asked to leave the venue.
- Leave your drinks and food at home or in your car.
- Keep the venue free of any weapons.
- Leave large bags and backpacks at home or in your car; all bags are subject to search.
- Please silence your cell phone, watches or any other noise-making devices.
- Please be respectful and keep your phone, camera, tablet or other electronic device put away and refrain from taking any pictures or videos of the event.
- Maintain our drug-free, smoke-free setting: no paraphernalia, cigarettes, vape pens or e-cigs.
- Licensed Service Animals are welcome.

Items found in the theatre after an event are held in our Box Office. If you believe you left something behind, please email info@towertheatre.org or call 541-317-0700 and leave a message.
Please note: Our voicemail and email are only monitored during normal Box Office hours. If we have an event outside of those hours, you are welcome to stop by when the doors open and inquire in person. Check our calendar for the schedule of events and times.

Yes, the Tower Theatre is certified by KultureCity as a Sensory Inclusive space. Now patrons have access to sensory bags at all events at the Tower. These bags are free of charge and come with noise canceling headphones, fidget toys, and a weighted lap pad. In addition to the sensory bags the Tower staff and volunteers were trained to recognize and assist patrons with sensory needs.
Yes! You can purchase a Tower gift card online here or at the downtown Box Office during regular business hours.
Yes! In fact, some shows have the first three rows removed to create a dance pit. Look for the purple dancing shoes icon on the event page of designated shows. Both reserved and standing only tickets will be for sale.
