Living in the perfect world of Barbie Land, Barbie (Margot Robbie) and Ken (Ryan Gosling) are having the time of their lives—until an existential crisis leads Barbie to question her reality. She sets out on a journey to the real world, discovering both the joys and challenges of being human. Directed by Greta Gerwig, Barbie is a vibrant, funny, and thoughtful take on identity, empowerment, and imagination. In collaboration with the Tower Theatre and Deschutes Public Library, this free movie night is designed for students and families at Jewell Elementary and it it free and open to the public. The film begins at 6:00 PM, with concessions available for purchase in the theatre lobby. The event is FREE, but a ticket still needs to be reserved in advance at towertheatre.org.
