The people are nice. Ticket prices should not show one thing and then include a “service fee.” Make it one price. The inside is very tired-looking. Paying a minimum $40+ per ticket and seeing how the inside is not looking good makes me wonder about how the monies are being husbanded.

At the performance of CATS that I attended, the ushers in the balcony were having a conversation (whispered, but audible and distracting) during much of the performance. Perhaps a reminder to them to be quiet during the show would be a good idea.

The Tower is a great venue! It is intimate without being tiny and cramped, and there are really no bad seats. Acoustics and lighting effects are top notch. Production values are high and the stage crews rarely, if ever, make any mistakes you would notice. Concessions are great, and it's nice to take a good beer right to your seat and settle in for a fun event!

We have been to dozens of shows since it re-opened as the highly versatile venue that it is today - we even went to one of the performances during its first week as the newly-refurbished Tower.
