Box Office Information and Accessibility

Tickets may be purchased in the following ways:

Tickets may be purchased at the box office, 835 NW Wall Street, Monday through ​Friday 11 AM – 4 PM and one hour prior to any performance.  For other box office needs during the day please call 541-317-0700 or email usWe cannot guarantee tickets sold through third parties.

To order tickets by phone, please call the box office at (541) 317-0700 during normal business hours and press 0.  Leave a message and we will return your call.

Historic Preservation Fee:

A $4 charge on each ticket purchased both online and through the box office.  This fee helps fund the nonprofit Tower Theatre’s ongoing restoration and maintenance.

Terms:

  • All ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.
  • Unless otherwise posted, no one will be admitted without a ticket.
  • Children age two and older must have their own ticket and seat.
  • If an event is postponed, ​your tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. 
  • In the event of a cancelled show which has no rescheduled date a full refund will be issued. 
  • If you feel an exception should be made, please contact the box office at (541) 317-0700.
  • We cannot guarantee tickets sold through third parties. To avoid ticket scams and inflated pricing, only purchase tickets on this website. If you are ever in doubt, please call our box office.

Will-Call:

Will-call tickets may be picked up at the box office one hour prior to the event. Please be prepared to show picture I.D. upon request.

Group Discounts:

We offer ticket discounts of 10% for ten or more and 20% to groups of 20 or more for Tower presented shows and select other shows. Please buy group tickets through the box office, (541)317-0700.

Accessibility Information 

Parking

There are two accessible parking spaces on Wall Street in front of the Tower Theatre, and several spaces in the Mirror Pond South parking lot behind the Theatre. For more information click here.

Accessible Theatre Entrance

There is a ramp into the lobby from the Box Office on Wall Street.

Wheelchair Seating

There are six wheelchair accessible seat spaces with adjacent companion seating on the main floor. There are also six transfer seats with adjacent companion seating on the main floor. Transfer seats have movable armrests so patrons can more easily move from their chair to the seat. If you or someone in your party requires this, please call the Box Office (541) 317-0700 for arrangements.

See the seating chart below. Seats marked with a “A” have adjustable arm rests for easier access. Seats marked with a “C” are reserved for those accompanying guests with limited mobility.

Accessible Restrooms

All gender restrooms are fully accessible and located on either side of concessions on the main floor.

Assisted Listening Devices

We provide free infrared-enhanced hearing headsets upon request. Ask concession staff if you want to use one (subject to availability).

Drinking Fountain

There is an accessible water fountain and bottle filling station on the north wall of the lobby (to the right as you enter the theatre).

Sensory Bags

We have KultureCity sensory bags available upon request. Bags include headphones, weighted lap pad, two fidget toys, lanyard and  sensory/feelings card. We have trained staff and volunteers to assist you.
