The Grinch (Benedict Cumberbatch) and his loyal dog Max live a solitary existence inside a cave on Mount Crumpet. They really get aggravated come Christmastime when neighbors in Whoville (Rashida Jones, Kenan Thompson, Angela Lansbury) celebrate the holidays with a bang. As the Whos make Christmas bigger and brighter, the disgruntled Grinch realizes there is one way to gain peace and quiet. The green grump hatches a scheme to pose as Santa Claus, steal Christmas and silence the Whos' holiday cheer once and for all. This merrily animated update narrated by musician Pharrell Williams is solidly suitable for younger viewers.
Here are some important changes you’ll notice attending a performance at the Tower Theatre:• 6’ physical distancing between groups must be respected at all times.
• Face coverings are required and will be available to those who do not bring one.
• Intermissions will be limited or, whenever possible, eliminated entirely.
• Seating will be assigned by Box Office staff in advance of shows and given to patrons as they arrive.
• Common touchpoints will be sanitized before, during, and after performances.
• Multiple hand-sanitizing stations have been installed for your convenience.
• Guests will be encouraged to leave by rows to avoid crowding while exiting.
