Most have been great! One exception: Bought tickets to CATS as a gift to some local relatives that also patronize the Tower (one is actually a member). They were disappointed with the production’s costumes and sound.

I will not be attending any future events; the wireless environment in the theater is too uncomfortable to me.

its been good overall except a few times when the level of the sound for the size of the venue has been totally out of line to the point we had to leave. I say this from a sound tech. perspective, as someone that has run sound for over 25 years so hopefully this will resonate with someone and this issue can be eliminated. Other then that one issue, we have really enjoyed our membership and relationship with the Tower and plan to continue it going forward.

New system for ordering tickets online is not helpful. It took me an hour to sort out and actually purchase a ticket

The Tower is the perfect size venue (intimate yet expansive)and seating is comfortable and easily assessable. All productions work well in this environment! Cost to attend is reasonable and not prohibitive. I enjoy the varied programming. Great resource for Bend!

The venue is always great, we enjoyed our evening and were greatful that the screening for Far Out included three shows. Check out on my mobile phone was a little tough, several parts overlapped once I got into that part, before that it was easier. My smaller screen size may have something to do with it, it’s an iPhone SE.

I love the space and the diverse entertainment.

It was great, only recommendation is the lobby layout with vendors and the line for snacks/beverages needs to be revisited to allow for more movement so people can access the area they need.

Beautiful theatre; so glad it was preserved for the community's use. Volunteers are always welcoming, helpful... Thanks to them too.

Unfortunately I have missed everything to date that I bought tickets for because both my husband and I had serious surgeries. We hope to start attending soon again. I will always continue to support any and all of your productions.

Always a pleasure to attend an event at your venue and to put on a production there is first class.

This concert was poorly advertised to the young musicians with absorbing learning skills in our community who by virtue of age didn't have name recognition of this sessions guitarist... so we felt honored to have such talent again at the Tower and suggest better outreach to central Oregon guitar producers and musicians in the area... perhaps the cost of tickets to this event excluded a full house?

Always try to fit in a performance at the Tower when I have out of town guests. It is such a beautiful venue and I have never been disappointed with the performances I attended.

Good. Your website sucks though. I can never use it to get tickets.

I'm able to see great comedians, musicians, and dancers in a small, intimate, and beautifully restored theater at the last minute. Staff are friendly and always accommodating. It’s the best night out in Bend.

One thing..the sound system leaves some dialog sounding garbled in films.

  • 5 out of 5 stars
I thought I had chosen the very best seats in the theatre to view "Cats", two center seats in front row of balcony. Turns out when we sat back in those seats we couldn't see the front of the stage. Would not chose those seats again for any performance. Verle

I have loved the Tower sine I moved to Bend in the 80s when I used to take my little sons there. There were rocking chairs back then. It’s always a treat to go to the Tower.

Always top notch at the tower. Loved checking out the balcony for a music show for the first time and will be buying those seats again.

Mostly wonderful. Loved the ukulele guy...we were transfixed, and David Sedaris. Didn't enjoy Evita because the sound was too loud, though Che and others were terrific. Evita was ear piercing. I am so grateful Tower offers such a variety of culture to our town.

We too our niece, a Theatre major at the Univ of Colo to the production of Mary Poppins. She sang along and kept saying, "I want to be up there" We all loved the creative adaptation of the original that we grew up with.

Nice venue but the acoustics are terrible for anything musical.

  • 5 out of 5 stars
    Enjoyed it very much

  • 5 out of 5 stars
We recently attended 2 events and both times the sound system was too loud. During the concert the singer had to motion a few time to the crew to lower the volume. At the Mary Poppins musical the sing volume was louder than it needed to be.

We always love coming to the tower. Even if there may occasionally be some disappointment in a given act, the experience of coming to the Theater is always a treat!!...Jim

I always enjoy going to shows at the Tower! The seats all seem to be pretty good; they are quite comfortable. Accessibility seems very good (I don't have mobility issues, but it seems possible for people in wheel chairs, etc to get around in the theatre).

Over the past few months I have had the opportunity to attend two events at the Tower - both of them being exceptional. I enjoyed the quaint setting and sound. I look forward to attending more in the coming months. Thank you!

Great venue and great artists. Saw Cockburn and Carlton in just a couple months, love your selection of artists! Great seats and prices too!

Great venue, great artists. We attended Reckless Kelly and for fun, upbeat concerts I do wish there was a 'standing' section or something for those of us that like to dance and stand. Was getting some glares and told to 'sit down' even when just standing for a few select songs.

I believe Chris was the person who took our original request for tickets. He was very helpful and appreciated his professionalism. The venue is great and we received any help when needed from the great volunteers. We loved Riders in the Sky. We are blessed to have this venue in Bend. Thank you.

Very nice experience. All seats seem very good. I didn’t act quickly enough so missed out on Cats..so I guess I wish it was at the tower longer... So glad we found the Tower when we moved to Sisters two years ago.

I think that the venue is just about the perfect size: there are not really any bad seats. I wish the lobby were bigger however.

Our show got cancelled because of snowy weather & rescheduled, the staff kept us informed on the rescheduled date and very helpful answering our questions. We had a great time at this venue. Finally getting to cross this show off my bucket list, but will not come back to see the Riders in the Sky, their show was fun but when I went to get my purchased t-shirt autographed, one of the guys was quite rude to me while I waited for them to sign, it kinda ruined the fun time we were having, but my wonderful husband saved our evening.

  • 5 out of 5 stars
The experience was very nice. Comfortable and clean. I thought the area up front was well lit and offered nice opportunities for meeting the performers. It could have been slightly more organized to allow the cast to come out without fighting through the crowd. I would also have asked people to remove their hats for courtesy of the people behind them, but you would think that would be just good manners anyway. Not in this case. Overall I give it an A.

The most recent experience was with EVITA. The play and acting was great but the sound system was terrible. It was extremely loud! To the point that I had my fingers in my ears and it was still way too loud. It was very detracting. I was in the balcony and easily a third or more of the people left at intermission. Sad for the actors.

Our granddaughter was in the last play in August. We thought everything was done very well. Abi, our granddaughter, was thrilled to be able to participate. We had a grand time watching her. Thanks for the experience.
