TICKETING POLICIES
SALES
- All ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.
- Online ticket orders require a credit card for purchase and a printer to print the tickets.
- A $1 charge on each ticket helps fund the Tower Theatre's ongoing restoration and maintenance.
LOST TICKETS
If you lost your tickets, the box office can re-print them and hold them at will-call or they can re-email them to you.
Just call the box office to make arrangements.
SPECIAL NEEDS SEATING
The Tower Theatre offers wheelchair accessible seating for each performance. If you or someone in your party requires this, please call the Box Office for arrangements and availability.
ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES
The Tower Theatre has a limited number of infrared enhanced-hearing headsets for patrons who request them. Please see the Box Office staff prior to curtain to obtain one (subject to availability).

HOURS
The box office is located at the Tower Theatre in Downtown Bend. It is open for ticket purchases Monday through Friday from 10am - 5pm. It is also open 1 hour prior to all performances.
