Become a Tower Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in the Tower Theatre. As “Central Oregon’s Center Stage,” we are looking for volunteers who exemplify the Central Oregon spirit, are friendly, dedicated to excellence, and proud of a job well done. We are always adding people to our team, folks who will provide our patrons with a truly exceptional experience. In return, the Tower Theatre will provide its volunteers with an outstanding work environment, training, access to our shows, and plain old-fashioned fun.

In addition to ticket taking and ushering, our volunteers provide support to the Tower staff and Board of Directors in the areas of sales, fundraising, office work, and special projects.  We welcome everyone in the community to bring their own special skills to the Tower.  By participating in any number of ways, you can truly make the Tower Theatre your own. Please return your completed application to the Tower and come be part of the new history of the Tower Theatre! We will email you a Volunteer Manual that contains everything you need to know about being a Tower Theatre Volunteer and invite you to our next Volunteer Orientation.  After you've attended Orientation, you will become a valued member of our team.  An events schedule is generally emailed on a weekly basis, and you choose the events you'd like to participate in.  Our Volunteer Coordinator will fill as many of your requests as possible.  We normally need 6-10 volunteers for each event.
