Jodie Barram at the Tower Theatre
Jodie Barram came to the Tower Theatre Foundation following six years as a Bend City Councilor, four of which she served as Mayor Pro Tem. In addition to serving the community in elected capacity, she worked as an educational assistant primarily with special needs students for over seven years. Prior to that, her professional background was in banking and business ownership.
Jodie has been involved in fundraising efforts for a variety of local non-profits including Bend 2030, Relay for Life, Sara’s Project, Sparrow Clubs and the Tower Theatre Foundation. In fact, she’s been on the Tower stage every year of the Bend Follies, one of the Tower’s largest fundraising events.
Jodie has always had a passion for performing arts and education. After living throughout the western United States, this Central Oregon native moved back to Bend in 1999. She is married with two teenagers at home. Like many Bendites, she enjoys the outdoors - trail running, camping, hiking, playing ultimate frisbee and snow shoeing. When at home, you’ll find her cooking, baking, reading, gardening or watching sports.
Excited to be a part of the Tower Theatre Foundation, Jodie’s philosophy with major giving is to help align donors’ values around arts, culture and educational programs with the offerings of the organization and the communities it serves.
