The Deschutes Public Library Foundation’s A Novel Idea program is regarded as the premier community reading program in the state of Oregon since 2005. Much of our success is due to the thousands of Deschutes County residents who embrace the program and participate actively in its free cultural events and author visits every year.

A Novel Idea ends with a reading and signing with author Dara Horn at the Tower Theatre on Thursday, May 15.

Tickets for the Thursday, May 15th presentation at the Tower Theatre become available on Saturday, May 3 at each of the Deschutes Public Library branches in Bend, La Pine, Redmond, Sisters, and Sunriver. Tickets are free and limited to two per customer.
