Opening for Keb' Mo', Kevin So
In a decade of performing his original music around the country, Kevin So
has earned the respect of his fellow musicians (Billy Bragg, Mary Lou
Lord, Amos Lee, for starters), won over members of the press and radio
(the Boston Globe, WFUV, many more) and built up a substantial fan base
coast to coast. With the sky still the limit, he has spent more than 15
years giving free rein to his musical imagination.

So has worked with numerous artists. He has opened for revered pop-soul singer Joe Cocker, and toured as the opening act for visiting English agit-rocker Billy Bragg on his fall tour. He also collaborated with Keb’ Mo’ in writing the song, “Talk” which Keb’ later recorded.

His next live CD, THE SO MUST GO ON, appeared in 2005. Always making new friends, So continues to tour the country at a vigorous clip, headlining and opening shows for pop/r&b veteran Boz Scaggs and up-and-coming Philly-based singer Amos Lee. The release of So's new album, A BRIGHTER DAY, quite possibly his most compelling work to date, is supported by concert dates across the US throughout 2007.
