The Tower Theatre’s Ticketing Policies SALES All ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds. Online ticket orders require a credit card for purchase and a printer to print the tickets. LOST TICKETS If you lost your tickets, the box office can re-print them and hold them at will-call or they can re-email them to you. Just call the box office to make arrangements. SPECIAL NEEDS SEATING The Tower Theatre offers wheelchair accessible seating for each performance. If you or someone in your party requires this, please call the Box Office for arrangements and availability.
